Read on for our guide to limo tenders.
Picture this
Imagine a normal limousine car in the traditional sense that the guests sit in the back and are partitioned/ separated from the driver a limo tender is not too dissimilar. Giving the guests lots of comfort and enclosed luxury. Tenders are usually open backed with a bow canopy for protection. If guests have had their hair done aboard by the beautician and are wearing expensive jewellery and clothing the last thing they want is to get salt water spray or windage, thus making a limo the most effortless way to get ashore.
A luxurious choice for your yacht
Unquestionably the finest choice for travelling to and from your yacht; offering a stunning fully-enclosed seating area, technology-rich features, luxurious comfort and somewhere to rest your glass of champagne. You will be guaranteed to turn heads as you step ashore from a super yacht’s limousine tender.
Limos of course can be fully fitted out to whatever your budget can afford, full fitted entertainment systems are the norm. Other options could be bathroom, mini bar, individual charging mobile points.
What limo tender is right for you?
If you own a super yacht measuring approximately 40m (131ft) or more and have the ability to launch and recover a tender of 7m (23ft) and above, a limousine tender could be suitable for your vessel. Enclosed guest shuttles are also well suited for charter yachts that often move a higher volume of people from location to location. So, if transporting (dry) guests to your chosen lunch or dinner spot is a priority, then a limousine tender could be for you!
